Blackburns Metals Limited has the facility to design, produce and stock our customers' own 'special' sections.

With the facilities to produce miniature and complex extrusions, as well as standard commercial sections to precise tolerances.

• Sections as small as 1.6mm diameter rod and 2.4mm diameter hollows.
• All extrusions available in a wide range of alloys.
• Miniature sections can be produced in small quantities for prototype samples by using extruded bar as billet.

Being part of the Alcoa group allows access to our mills who can provide technical information along with in-house facilities to help design and produce any extruded profile specific to our customers' needs.
