The System

Ezi-Glaze is a new patent glazing system to suit glass or polycarbonate, based on a simple range of components. It is suitable for pitched * and some vertical applications.

* minimum recommended pitch 5 degrees

Key Features

• Self draining channels
• Polycarbonate up to 35mm
• 6mm to 25mm single or double glazing
• Snap on aluminium capping requiring no screws
• Thermally broken to achieve acceptable u-values
• Suitable for both commercial and domestic applications
• EPDM gasket to both sides of glass providing good water tightness
• Glazing bar will take a stainless re-enforcing bar to obtain greater spans

Appearance

Ezi-Glaze aluminium sections are to BS EN755-9: 2001 and available in mill finish or powder coated to most RAL and BS colours conforming to BS 6496. Thus offering maintenance free use.

Performance

The Ezi-Glaze system has been designed to conform with the requirements of BS 5516: 1991 when installed with the manufacturers recommendations.
