Fabrication of Sheet

Minimum recommended bend radii for 90º cold bends in aluminium sheet and plate. Sheet and Plate can be bent on all kinds of presses, folding machines and lock formers. In soft tempers, non-heat-treatable alloys can be bent flat, or to zero radius, but stronger materials need larger radii to avoid cracking. Usually, rolled materials bend better at right angles to the direction of rolling.

We are able to supply part finished components to match your requirements.

We have a dedicated guillotine section to produce finished size blanks from sheet products, with particular experience in the automotive industry where we supply automotive manufacturers direct and also their man subcontractors.
