The aim of our quality policy is to ensure that all members of staff understand the direction the company is going in, the standards it works to and the management system, which helps us meet these objectives.
The ultimate objective is to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations and our own business requirements in relation to its main function, which is stockholding.
The management system achieves this by setting out clear procedures and monitoring systems for all functions so that everybody within the company knows their own and collective responsibilities, we are fully compliant with ISO 9001:2000.
